Service Description

Have your S3 or X3 serviced by a VanMoof certified workshop. Many repairs can be completed in 1 to 2 hours, but may take up to 72 hours to complete. Our team will do an initial assessment during your visit to provide you a more accurate estimate of the time required. **IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ*** *1- hour time period is your appointment window. Actual time for repairs will vary.

Cancellation Policy

VanMoof repair appointments may require a booking fee, which will be applied as a credit towards the final repair invoice. This fee is non-refundable and cancellations require prior authorization. Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24-hours prior to your appointment without penalty.
